This is my dorky entry for the 'Furry Games and Dev Jam #3'
Controls
1-through-5 - Action Bar Hotkeys for Unit Abilities
Arrow Keys / Mouse - Move Cursor
G - End turn
C - Confirm Ability/Move
X - Cancel
Q - Rotate Character Left
E - Rotate Character Right

Probably not best that I played this right after The Hundred Line - Last Defense Academy. Lovely models, but a bit bare-bones on the presentation (some sound would've been much appreciated), and the lack of tooltips explaining what your moves do is a bit frustrating. Also, would've liked to have seen gamepad controls supported - as it stands, I'm not sure the keybinds make the most sense ("G" is "End Turn"?)
Yeah I ran out of time to polish the game.
Truth be told, I wanted to do way more but had to scope things down to be playable. for example, having more Alchemy-based Abilities and UI was among such things I wanted to implement.
As for G for ending turn, I was just thinking of a button that was not too far out of the way if the Player is orienting their hand around the WASD or ZXC keys.
I've had pretty terrible luck supporting Gamepad on WebGL/GPU with my prototypes. I'll have to look and see what I can do better there since Unity's new Input System seems to be falling a bit shot on supporting Gamepad for WebGL.

You've got the mechanics down that's for sure. If you want to develop it out, I do feel like you can set an actual goal post that you can work towards.
This game was a lot of fun mechanically! with some polish i think this could be a great full game! the core tactics mechanics are definitely there! and i love the isometric animations. I tried making a tactics-style game recently and i struggled with the concept of highlighting tiles that you can move to for a while before giving up and going to a different project!
